Returns/Exchange Policy
At Conteamerica we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns
Returns may be made up to 30 days for a full refund. Returns made after 30 days may be assessed a restocking fee. Returned products must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging and tags. Returned items in unacceptable condition will be assessed a restocking fee. You will receive an email with the return instructions after placing a return request.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchange shipping charges will be billed separately.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item purchased from Conteamerica by mail. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process:
1) Contact our Customer Care team at info@conteamerica.com.
2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
